PURPOSE:

PEG-75 Lanolin is an emulsifier, conditioning agent. This ingredient is used in the formation of emulsions by reducing surface tension in formulations. They are also lubricating agents that soften and smooth the hair and scalp. 

IMPLICATIONS:

Generally non-irritating at approved cosmetic concentrations.
