PURPOSE: 

Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral Oil) is an emollient. It is primarily used for its conditioning effects and ability to soften skin and hair.

IMPLICATIONS:

It is hydrophobic and will repel water so hair should be moisturized before direct application. Should not be left on too long or could possibly leave hair dry. It may also cause excess build up and weigh hair down
