PURPOSE:

Lactic Acid is an exfoliant and hair conditioning agent. It is a great exfoliant at breaking down dead skin cells and has moisturizing properties that keep the hair and scalp healthy.

IMPLICATIONS:

Can be mildly irritating; however, less likely at low concentrations.
