PURPOSE:

Isopropyl Alcohol is an anti-foaming, astringent solvent.This ingredient is used as a solvent to help other ingredients penetrate the skin and hair shaft. It also has antibacterial properties.

IMPLICATIONS:

Isopropyl Alcohol has no fatty acid substituents, and disrupts the surface of the hair and skin, so it will strip the hair and cause dryness. It is recommended to follow up with very moisturizing products after use.
