Imidazolidinyl Urea

(Preservative, Non-ionic)
PURPOSE:
Imidazolidinyl Urea is an antimicrobial, conditioning agent. A formaldehyde releasing preservative that protects against the formation of microorganisms and prevents their growth.
IMPLICATIONS:
This is a formaldehyde releasing (carcinogenic) agent. Similar to Diazolidinyl Urea, this ingredient is not safe for use above 0.5%. Would caution the use of this ingredient.
