PURPOSE:

Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein is a conditioning agent. This ingredient is an amino acid chain hydrolyzed from wheat protein, used for its water-holding to increase the hair's ability to retain and receive moisture.

IMPLICATIONS:

This ingredient shouldn't be difficult to wash off of the hair, as it is partially soluble in water.
