PURPOSE:

Hydrolyzed Silk is a conditioning and repairing agent. 

This ingredient absorbs and releases moisture easily and has antioxidant properties. The sericin proteins in silk have the ability to reduce the damage of hair strands by binding onto the follicles for strength.

IMPLICATIONS:

This ingredient shouldn't be difficult to wash off of the hair, as it is partially soluble in water.
