Hexylene Glycol

PURPOSE:
Hexylene Glycol is an emulsifier and humectant.
IMPLICATIONS:
Very soluble in water so easily removed. However, if left on the for extended periods of time, this ingredient  will not evaporate easily and could leave hair feeling dry.
