PURPOSE: 
Glyceryl Oleate is an emulsifier and emollient. It is primarily used as an emulsifier to mix oils and dirt with water for cleansing. Also has great emollient properties due to its structure that helps in moisturizing.
IMPLICATIONS:
Generally non-irritating; however, may have minimal irritation to the eyes.
