PURPOSE:

Ceteareth-20 is an emulsifier, emollient and stabilizer. This ingredient helps your hair become more soft while providing some stability to the formula.

IMPLICATIONS:

Generally, non-irritating at approved cosmetic concentrations.

Note, should not be used on broken or damaged skin/scalp. Also, in unregulated markets, the presence of ethylene oxide molecules may be cause for concern in a formulation.
