PURPOSE:
Carnauba Wax is an emulsifier and stabilizer. This ingredient can also be used to give the hair a glossy finish.
IMPLICATIONS:
This ingredient is occlusive and hydrophobic so it is very difficult for water molecules to penetrate its structure. If used as a hair coating, use minimally and on moisturized hair to prevent dryness. Generally, non-irritating at approved cosmetic conentrations.
