PURPOSE:

Biotin is a hair conditioning agent. This ingredient also has been shown to stimulate hair growth - likely due to it being an amino acid group, which helps decrease shedding. 

IMPLICATIONS:

Generally, non-irritating at approved cosmetic concentrations.
