What is your return policy?
We are pleased to provide a full refund on any unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. Refund will be processed once items are received by Beauty Braids & Beyond.
Unused products returned after the 30 day bench mark will only be eligible for a non-transferrable store credit.
We do not offer refunds on used products.
Can I exchange my item for another?

Can I return an open item?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on used products.
In the event that you are unhappy with an opened product please contact us immediately and we will do everything in our power resolve to the issue.
My item was damaged in transit, what do I do?
In the rare event that your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please send us an email with your order number and photo of damages at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will work to ensure you receive a full refund, credit or replacement on a case by case basis.
